French tea salon Ladurée has tapped designer Alber Elbaz to art direct a special macaroon set. The box contains eight pink bubble gum-flavored macaroons, a flavor that the designer created with Ladurée pastry chef Vincent Lemains .
The collectable boxes are adorned with sketched faces of playful women and fastened with a grosgrain ribbon. The delicacies will go on sale on Sept. 25 in France, in time for Paris Fashion Week. The U.K, U.S and Japan will follow on Sept. 28 *
